Taco Bell

This place never has anything in stock. Every time I order online I end up changing my order in the drive thru because they don't have half the items listed on the online app, and they won't refund you, they make you pick something else. Staff just stand around and gossip instead of doing their jobs. Would reccomend sonic instead if you want good hot food :)

Staff was outside the whole time, got a soft taco and the shell was cold as crap but at least the meat was warm? Dont understand that. Bathroom was disgusting. Honestly if anyone sees this definitely just go to McDonalds.

My mom and I visited this store 12-30-2025 the dining room was decent but the women's bathroom was trashy to say the least and the kiosk barely worked. We selected pay with cash then went to the counter. A young lady employee came to the counter but completely ignored us and started doing something else at the counter. She never said anything! Not a "I'll be right with you " or ask another employee to come and help us. It was as if we weren't even there despite being 3 ft away. This girl had green hair, piercings on her face and tattoos on both her arms. Finally a young man came to the counter but unlike the girl he was very nice polite. He was wearing a light gray hoodie and a black hat. The name of the cashier on the receipt is Catalina T I don't know if that was the green haired girl or

The sign on the door that says "use other door" may lead some people (such as myself lol) to tet the other door on the other side of the building. Technically, by law, all doors must be opened during business hours and they had 2 out of 3 locked. There was nobody at the front, even tho i told them via drive theough that i was coming in, they had things to finish up. Food was really good and well made, i have to give them that. Management is below average here for sure as they dont even tighty up on such a slow day. Trash was full and restrooms were far from pleasant.

Just woefully understaffed. We dined in, no ice, cutlery, sauce. Wait was 20 mins for basic order. If this is a company owned location Pepsi Co is in deep trouble. If this is franchise owned this needs to get addressed quickly.
