The nonchalant beautiful black man made and served us our food. He was so kind and made my nacho fries fresh after I asked them to not be cold please. Loved him and his service
Done waiting my time and money. Never gets my order right, service time is terrible. Very inpatient and unfriendly.Ordered a chicken quesadilla and all I got was sauce and cheese not even melted 3 tacos with a teaspoon of meat. In the $9 box didn't get my steak poblno quesadilla or my chips.
Don’t waste your time. Put an order in at El Toro or go to McDonald’s or something. I drive an hour home from work. And every time I decide to put an online order in, without failure, they STILL make me wait at least 15 minutes. You can’t get through the empty drive-thru in any less than 20 minutes.
I dont say this lightly when I say this is possibly the worst taco bell experience I've ever had! My chalupa was cold, my beefy 5 layer had no beef and my baha blast was so bad I couldn't drink it and to top it all off I waited in the drive thru for half an hour just for the guy at the window to be really rude.
Ordered on the app, went through drive thru to pick up, waited 35 min to get to window. Was told they ran out of meat and was going to be another 25 min wait. Told them I wanted a refund and was told that I had to call customer complaint hotline.
