PSA: Don’t order on the mobile app (drive through pickup) and expect them to make the order fresh like they’re supposed to when you pull up. Pulled up and the bot of a service champion says “we’ve actually had your order ready and sitting”. So you mean to tell me you just made my food and left it out to get cold when I wasn’t even here. Dude claims it checked in 3-4 hours ago when it hadn’t even passed 90 minutes. Then proceeds to say “but it’s all good”, you know what’s not good??? THE ABSOLUTE WATERED DOWN DRINK AND ICE COLD FOOD YOU JUST HANDED ME. DO YOUR JOB BECAUSE ITS NOT OH LET ME MAKE ORDERS AT MY EARLIEST CONVENIENCE, NO YOURE SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT FRESH WHEN I PULL UP. GO THROUGH TRAINING AGAIN BUD.

This place is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER come to this place again! I got a Chicken Supreme Bowl and the rice was hard like it was uncooked AND THEN since nobody wants to ring orders up these days, I know I put not lettuce on my sons six tacos and I guess it didn't pick up on the ridiculous self service system and since my son didn't want lettuce I GOT LAUGHED AT WHEN I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $14! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT SEEMS LIKE THERE WERE OTHER DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS THERE TOO!

I am a regular customer and so far all of the employees have been awesome ! But for the past month an employee named Sanvi has been extremely rude and really unprofessional !! Not sure if others experience the same but her behavior is rude every single time. She needs to be retrained to be professional and this should definitely be looked into.

This place is a mess. The food usually sucks which is so hard to do when it is a franchise. It’s like the chalupa is cooked in old oil and sometimes its under cooked. They also place the mexican pizza on the BOTTOM on the to go bag and it squishes it everytime!

I ordered in-store and decided to take my food to go. I requested extra sauces on the side for my Chalupa and Burrito, specifically, creamy jalapeño and Nacho cheese. However, I didn't receive any sauces in my Chalupa or Burrito, nor did I get them on the side And i paid extra for that .Additionally, the chips tasted stale also Chalupa taste is not good .!
