You had me at quesadilla! ❤️ Hector's Bistro has quickly become my family's go-to takeout joint! The variety of food, reasonable pricing and exceptional customer service is unmatched! Hector's ability to chef up mouthwatering food makes this Bistro a complete gem! So far we've ordered the chicken, birria, shrimp, jerk chicken & Polish quesadillas, as well as the jalapeño poppers... all of which were nothing short of amazing! Can't wait to continue to explore the rest of the menu! ☺️

It's small but feels like you're at the locals only know about fam spot!! Well designed. The Hectors burria tacos,came out fresh and hot! Crunchy,flavorful every bite was so good! Filling also. The burria mac n cheese recommended as a favorite.. hit! So creamy,served on a hot cast iron plate,not just cheese which makes everything better but thoughtful experience of flavors !! I did not expect that and to top it off the Chef,Owner Hector himself came by to greet us!! BYOB as well...Will Def be back!

Finally remembered to stop in since they opened and had to visit twice in 2 days. We got the Birria Mac & Cheese and the Fat Wrap the other night, (sorry, forgot pics), and today we got the Fat Quesidilla and the Bistro Burger. ALL the food and flavors were on point, generous portions, and the staff we met were fun and attentive. Definitely stop by if you're in the area.

5⭐️’s all round! Superb food by Hector, we asked him to choose 3 plates to share and all were phenomenal. Outstanding service by Jess, lots of banter and laughs. Overall a fantastic, fun experience with high quality food. If you are game, ask Hector for his secret extra hot sauce. 🔥 Do yourself a favour and give Hector’s Bistro a go! Snowy 🇦🇺

I finally was able to make it to Hector's Bistro. The atmosphere is phenomenal. The food was out of this world. The workers are very pleasant and have smiles on their faces, to greet everyone. It's a must to go see the small kitchen, with BIG flavor. Thank you, Hector! ❤️❤️❤️
