Taco Bell

We had a mobile order and wanted to place another order but they said we could only place the mobile and would have to go back and wait another 30-60min in line to place the rest of the order. They then had to refund our mobile order, which is lot harder may I add instead of just giving to us what we paid for. On top of that I ordered 12 soft shells and they gave me hard shells with not even a half a scoop of meat in any of them. There was literally more cheese than meat. I also emphasized I wanted extra hot sauce 3 times and they then forgot to give me hot sauce and when I asked for it they gave me terrible attitude. I get that it’s busy at the time we went but if you don’t like your job and you don’t want to be there during those hours, that is not my fault and as someone who works in cu

You guys are the only taco bell to stop dping the 5 dollar online box past midnight ive noticed. Yet I can still order everything it would come with, so why the hell is it never avalibleon the app past midnight? Not to mention, every time me and my friends would order something, food would be missing, wrong, or just straight up a mess and thrown in at full force. Gordon Taco bell workers need to get their shit together and have a better attitude.

We had a couple of mobile orders we were trying to pick up through the drive through. Usually we are able to get all the orders in one pass at any other location, but this one was different. We instead got attitude from the worker and had to go through the drive through each mobile order. When we received our food at the window, they also were silent and had the same bad attitude. We are not likely to return to this Taco Bell.

I was refused free tap water by a very rude employee. I was dining in and it's actually taco bells policy to offer free tap water and I was denied. She was very snarky about it and it felt like it was aimed to embarrass me. This was at the gordan drive location in Sioux city. Also the Christmas music was just blaring with static it was an awful experience

The staff did an excellent job. There computer system went down. They kept everything going. Good Job
