Taco Bell

Ordered a breakfast order online for pickup, and when we got there at 10:30 it said it was ready, but wasnt there. Asked about the order, they said they’d check, then at 10:50 was told that someone else had taken our order. Okay, mistakes happen. BUT, the on duty manager Kaden goes on to say they are “out of eggs” for the day, (I’ve worked MANY fast food jobs… you just have to MAKE more eggs) not only that, but breakfast didnt end until 11am?? He then told us he couldn’t refund us, we have to go through the app, which we don’t use. Only the online portal. What an absolute mess. I’ve worked many food jobs and have never once had a mistake like this fall on a customer and still have them pay for it. Taco Bell has gone so down hill here and it’s so sad to see. Scary. I placed an order on the app for pick up and it took 50 minutes to get it. On top of that, the order was wrong. While standing in the restaurant, I saw one employee smoking outside, another sitting at the table, a third on the phone in the kitchen, and a fourth talking to a friend at the counter. There were multiple people standing in the restaurant waiting for their food that stated out loud that this was a regular occurrence here. One of the employees told me that there was a person in the kitchen making food that normally just swept floors. I don't eat meat and asked the employee that handed me my food just to make sure. The receipt was correct, but the food was not, as the burrito had meat in it. Does this place have a manager? If so, they need a new one. Better yet, m

Food was AMAZING!! I came in during the lunch rush and didn’t have to wait long at all for my food. The manager, Kayden, was complimenting and motivating his staff consistently which was really nice to see. Even during a rush it felt like everyone was working like a machine. This is one of the few fast food places I come to anymore. THANK YOU!!

Sweetest people, had an employee hold the door for our bus full of basketball kids. Welcomed us with open arms even being 10pm food was great service was amazing. Will be coming back again!

We were starved after graduation ceremony but too tired for a restaurant...hello Taco Bell! Easy location to find, right by Walmart. Large parking lot with a wide drive thru lane. Order was complete and accurate.
