Legerski Sausage

Best brats this side of the Mississippi! Doesn't matter which variety, but Jalapeño Cheddar is our favorite. Habanero is a serious notch above the Jalapeño. But all are non-greasy, excellent flavor and cooking up nicely! We won't eat any other brand now.

Some of the best brats we have had. Their polish sausage are good but we prefer the brats! We typically buy from the frozen section, and if you are looking to cook your brats the same night, remove from the freezer wrap and place it in a sealed plastic bag. Place the bag in cold water and change a couple of times. Brats will be ready to cook within a couple of hours. We have also bought frankfurter but found they were laden with nitrates and coloring. They are also a variety of sizes (some teeny and others long). I wish they would utilize their space better, perhaps offering more fresh items. The space seems large for what is offered.

Finally made it to Legerski's & its Nirvana! The smoked pork chops, bacon, brats & Dimock Cheese were all Delicious! I appreciated the excellent service!

I moved in 2020. Always look for places i can buy great food without all the trash. Legerski's has always been good to me. The bacon, sausage, brats, burger and steak are always amazing.
