Taco Bell

No one welcomes you nor smiles at you, so if you do not like people interactions, this is the place for you. The food was okay, even with there being many employees working, they still ask you to use the kiosk to place an order, even if you don't want to. So, that is one con I ordered the steak burrito and it came with more cheese than meat. The place is kept nicely clean, this is the best maintained (meaning clean) Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service and the way they make certain items needs improvement.

Decided to get some Taco Bell on my way home to woodruff (we need a Taco Bell here! lol). It was very busy, as any new place in the area would be. There was maybe 3/4 people working. The staff and service was AMAZING. There were people in there complaining about the wait but I feel like the wait for my food wasn’t bad. Of course any new place is going to be busy but the staff were so nice even to the ones complaining. This location is a high traffic area anyways. Food is fresh and amazing. Service was amazing and the staff were great. No complaints from me at all.

Was so excited to finally have a Taco Bell closer than the one on the west side. Well that quickly changed.. staff was quick and friendly. Food on the other hand? All tasted like it was stale and from last night. One redeeming quality was you can definitely tell the soda machine is new because this drink is *spicy* and delicious.

My 5 star review goes out to our drive-thru cashier: “Kindall B”. She was very professional and polite. The drive thru was a bit busy but she did not hesitate in allowing us to know she was busy and kindly asked for a quick second before taking our order. At the window was the same professionalism. Will definitely be back in hopes of getting Kindall at the window. Her great mood was infectious. Loved the service she provided.

Newly opened, and they did a fantastic job! Only waited 10 minutes after ordering inside. Food was great and hot! We were not disappointed and will be back!
