2.5 minutes to get acknowledged after walking in. Soured sweet tea and unsweetened tea. In the front lobby. Which is sad as it takes tea a good amount of time for this to happen. Food sat on the counter for at least three minutes before the guy making food looked up and realized my food was sitting there dying. I found out his name is Jaden and he is the Assistant Manager. He is the only good thing I found in the store. The manager couldn't bring my food to the front counter and call my name she just shoved my food off to the side, but the very next order was a lady and she ran it to the front counter and called her name out. Definitely open every item and make sure the ingredients are actually inside before driving away. I just paid a lot of money at this store and half of the food didn't have the protein in it. They gave me burritos with just shredded cheese and sour cream in them. When I called and talked about it, I was told nothing would be done to try and make it right. Incredibly disappointing.

I just ordered the steak pablano from your rick springs wyoming location & i can not tell you how much i love this menu item! This needs to stay! It is wonderful & i will continue to order it. Please make it a regular item. Thank you!

This was a good location. The kids running it did very well, food came out hot and fresh. I don’t usually review chains but this one was good. Finally tried the Mexican pizza everyone talks about. It was delicious!

literally ordered a side of guac and the nacho steak garlic fries and it couldn’t even fill the bottom. taco bell has gone downhill like crazy. caring less everyday.
