I ordered 3 hard shell tacos and they were so greasy that the bag had grease in the bottom of it 😔😔😔!!! I should have stayed with the chicken quesadilla

Make sure they put sauce in the bag. Spent $50 at this location and not one sauce packet. Didn’t realize until I got home. Now I have $50 worth of Taco Bell and no sauce. When I told them do better they hung up and then refused to answer back. Update: “manager” Chris got completely rude raised his voice with me and hung up again. All I needed was for you to make it right and compensate for time and inconvenience. Regardless if sauce packets are free if they were ordered then the order was wrong. I will contact the GM and never go to this location.

We we're rushed at the drive thru to order, food was missing from our order and the customer service was worse than terrible you can definitely tell those gals didn't want to be there. no greeting just asked for the money not a smile at all it was a miserable experience

Food is okay if you ever get it! I can’t tell you how many times i’ve spent 30 minutes to over an hour in the drive thru here. It would make sense if there were tons of people in line, but that’s not the case. I’ve sat at the window, being the only person in line and had to wait that long. It is beyond ridiculous. If there’s a shortage of staff, I do feel bad and I hope they can get more employees. Other than that there is honestly no excuse.
