Taco Bell

It's a decent taco bell. i always go inside instead of drive thru so that I can get my own sauce and napkins plus lots of free forks and straws. A couple times I needed to go behind the counter to get a cup, this doesn't bother me I pay for a medium but I get a large cup if I'm ignored at the counter. My food is always correct and the employees are nice when they have time. I have almost no expectation of service at fast food places so if you just lower your expectations and make sure you get your sauce it's pretty good.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Taco Bell. When I walked in, not a single staff member greeted me or came to the front. I ordered through the kiosk, and even though I was the only customer inside and the drive-thru wasn’t busy, my food took a long time to come out. On top of that, I could hear the staff talking and gossiping among themselves, which made it feel like customer service wasn’t a priority. When my food finally arrived, it wasn’t consistent with the menu photos, portions and presentation were off. Overall, this visit was frustrating, and I hope management addresses the lack of attention and consistency.

The employees at this Taco Bell seem to be trained to upcharge customers in a very deceptive way. Multiple times I've gone to order at the drive through, just a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, a standard Vegetarian menu item I've been getting for years. I was asked "sour cream okay on that?" And "ground beef okay on that?" I stated that I don't want sour cream and don't eat ground beef so that is not okay, and asked if the base menu item had changed. They clarified that they were asking if I wanted to add those extras for ma upcharge. I am writing this review after the 3rd time this happened at the same location! Please stop, I am a long time happy Taco Bell customer this makes me not want to visit this particular location anymore. Haven't had this issue at other locations. This is a really

The drive through is really annoying now. They ask you so many questions about upgrading your order. Jalapeños, extra meat, add sour cream, donate to charity etc etc. People go thru the drive through for time and convenience, adding all these questions during your order is frustrating.

I was at Taco Bell tonight at this location and I was deciding what I wanted but he just kept rushing and signing every two seconds and was a manger!! And so I drove off and he flipped me off in the drive threw window! Unprofessional! Would not bring ur family’s here. Rude people!
