Eating Gluten Free Bakery & Market

Before going gluten free, I made the best cinnamon rolls ever! Since having to go GF I have missed cinnamon rolls so much. I know this is silly, but when I had my first bite of their cinnamon rolls, I started to cry. They are so good!

So this is definitely off of the beaten path. There is a flour co packer next door as well. Everything is refrigerated or frozen. There are also flour mixes you can buy for carrot cake, brownies etc etc etc. I got a turtle cheesecake and a mint brownie. Both good. I'd like to try a different brownie next time. Not sure inwas so into the mint. I also bought a loaf of bread, but haven't yet made toast so cannot report.

I do not have a problem with gluten but have family members that do. Everything I have tried is so good! Their cookies are my favorite especially the lemon sugar cookies, they melt in your mouth! Cinnamon rolls are fantastic and the scones are yummy. It’s a bit out of the way but worth it. They produce their own flour in a completely GF facility. Nice to not worry about cross contamination.

Absolutely love this place! As a celiac, so grateful it exists. The best gluten free pastries I have ever encountered, this is no-compromise gluten free.
