Taco Bell

Don’t expect them to get your order right. We’ve given this location 3+ tries and have had missing food, wrong orders, and employees who cut you off when you try to politely ask for the food that you paid for. It also takes forever to even get food in the first place. We ordered two orders of cinnamon twists, it took them 18 minutes to put them in the bag AND they still gave us one order of Cinnabons instead. Save your time and money and go to one of the other places next door.

I dont get it why this place have so many 1star review… Food was warm and good and we got our order under 5minutes. This place have one service desk where you order KFC or Taco Bell food. No selforder kiosks. Buuuuut i heard when someone wanted kfc that they are out of chiken hahaha! Big parkinglot and nice cleans bathrooms.

Being recently relocated to Richfield, we HAD to locate the local fast food places we used to frequent in our old locale, and finding a local KFC was just the ticket. Located just off the Hwy, and situated in the ever popular off-the-highway dual business offerings you find if you ever do any long over-the-road trips. This being more of the strange dual options I've seen, as its paired with a Taco Bell. Now, I for one, would never frequent a Taco Bell, as I prefer more of the "traditional" Ma & Pa Mexican Restaurants, I have been known to have a craving for those "Eleven herbs & spices... Finger licking good" Chicken. I have frequented this location many times, mostly drive-thru, but at different times, and have come away with exactly what I ordered, and considering a drive of five minutes

Very impressed with the female drive thru attendant. Flawless professional. From her clear, easy to understand voice to her promptness. Food was warm and delicious. Located in a location for simple entry and access.

Sydney F was the employee working the drive thru, and she is quite possibly the loveliest drive thru attendant I have ever experienced she was kind, patient competent and made our experience lovely. Rarely am I surprised by the quality of service I receive from a fast food drive thru, but today I was incredibly pleasantly surprised and that's all accredited to Sydney F's service. Thank you!
