Borens Smokehouse

This is a great restaurant. The food was great, the prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Since this was my first visit, they were eager to answer questions. The ascetics were to be expected for a smokehouse restaurant...wood throughout the place. Plus, they offered live entertainment, which is always fun. Overall, this restaurant is worth trying.

Amazing experience here. I was able to talk with the owner and she was so nice and polite. She shared personal stories and was very accommodating. Even to put on a specific baseball game for us. All of the food was absolutely amazing. We recommend the boron burger and tacos.

Had brisket and ribs takeout and both were delicious. The hushpuppies are the best I've ever had. They were crispy and tasted great. Suaces were all good. Ready for pickup very quickly. Definitely going back when I come back to Richfield for work

The baked beans and Mac Squares were fantastic. The brisket was cooked well but a little lacking in flavor. Ribs were also perfectly cooked but came out with a sauce on then that I didn’t care for. Sausage was good. The only thing that stood out as special was the Mac Squares. I would come back but would request leaving off the sauce on the ribs. Lots of sauce options.

Amazing BBQ! The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were great. The sauces (especially the Golden Carolina and Memphis) were excellent. Can’t wait to go back for more. (Mac was just okay, not very cheesy. Great coleslaw and sweet potato fries.)
