Taco Bell

Every time u go here your orders never never never right , been there 6 times not once was my order right, i mean. A chicken taco plain ? How hard is it worst restaurant experience ive had in 40 yrs got pizza last night at taco bell this is what I got nothing but salty beans and soggy tortillas and nasty meat

I work out of town and have been to several taco bells. This Taco Bell is one of the worst I have been to. They don't get orders right. They don't prep them right. The grilled cheese burrito is never "grilled". This store needs serious training on prep and listening skills. We pay for food and expect it to be made right and receive what is asked for. No one likes getting half ass orders.

Taco Bell when a customer ask for sour cream on an item, most that I know would like it in every bite not just one big blob on one end of a burrito, taco. We love the convenience of this Taco Bell and have for the most part had great experiences here. We understand the rush sometimes but the quality of your food going out that window is what pays the bills for your employees and Taco Bell. In my opinion that’s where my management teams focus would be and that would be the number one goal, is quality food not the quantity of cars through the drive thru in a certain amount of time. Just my rant for having to devour one big blob of sour cream.

Every time I order from there i order extra toppings on their bowls and pay extra money for nothing . There’s nothing extra except cheese which I paid $14 for absolutely nothing

I am picky on my Nachos BellGrande, I take one item off and add two more to make it just right for me. Today, Andrea B did excellent putting order in perfect so it could be made in the back to perfection !! I appreciate her and the person who made it - It was Awesome. !
