Biggby Coffee

Everything I've tried at Biggby so far has been so good! This time I got mocha sweet cream cold brew.

I love their unique menu and great service. It's slower than other drive thru coffee places sometimes, but better. Greatness is worth waiting for. Only 4 stars because today both Mt drinks were barely warm somehow, not even close to hot.

Drinks were perfect but me and my friend got the waffle sandwich today and both of ours were still frozen cold- the waffles themselves of the sandwich were nearly too hot to hold yet the sausage and egg was still frozen that were like two bites in. Seems like the process of heating them up is just nuking the outside super high heat super fast but never heating the center. Maybe lower the temp and cooking longer might help warm all of the inside. Ladies at store were super sweet and like I said earlier the drinks we both had were great but just sad both of our sandwiches were cold and sad- we both just shrugged it off and just finished them just hope next time they are re-heated fully!

Staff is incredibly sweet! The drinks are made perfect, and the outside patio is a nice touch too. Would recommend heavily.

The service at the window was quick and friendly. I told her I had never visited, told her what I was interested in and she helped me order. I was also given a Rewards Card to present each time I visit and if I remember gets me a free drink after 13 visits. She was perky and knowledgeable. I ordered iced coffee with half & half and 2 SF flavors. It was just ok to me. Great price. I didn't enjoy as much as my usual place, but found it much tastier and much more budget friendly than where I can collect stars, so I would go back for sure.
