Taco Bell

This is definitely the worst location out of all the ones I have been to!! They have no sense of urgency or get anything out in a timely manner!! Expect high wait times and your order to be completely messed up! Mobile pick up is also a joke! You get there 15 min after and still not ready! Was extremely excited to get a Taco Bell in pg. at least we have a McDonald’s across the street

I've given this TBell a couple of chances and it's gross each time. The owners/managers obviously do not care. The last time I went there was so much lettuce in my quesadilla. That's not even an ingredient that usually comes on one. Just make the drive to Farmington. This one isn't worth your money.

Absolutely the worst tacobell ever. The employees are beyond disrespectful, and rude, had to have them fix my order 3 different times and each time they got worse. For multiple chances. The young boys in this tacobell need to understand customer service, but what do you expect when managers don't do their part either. 🤷‍♀️ not to mention the wait times, all the employees playing and joking around not actually doing their job. Truly dont even understand how this tacobell is still open.

Update- they've gotten much better the last 2ish months. Friendlier staff, food isn't made incorrectly or cold anymore. Taco Bell used to have higher quality food in general and steadily declined since the early 2000s. I think 3 stars is the best a taco bell can hope for from anyone who remembers the old Taco Bell. But this location has improved and I revoke my 1 star review

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s around. Employees are always rude especially in the drive thru and you will have to check your order before you leave because it will almost 100% be wrong. From other reviews, looks like management doesn’t care about all the complaints either.
