Taco Bell

Well, I know this is a Taco Bell, I am compelled to write a positive review because of my many experiences there. The staff at this restaurant is courteous, polite, and efficient. My food has been correct each time except one time in which I let them know, I was missing something and they corrected the problem immediately and politely. There was an item that was made by mistake and they allowed me to keep it so it wouldn’t go to waste. Yesterday, I drove through the drive-through to get a Baja blast freeze, and I forgot my wallet, and the cashier was nice enough to work with me and the money I had in my car. I hope they don’t get in trouble for me sharing that. It is kindness like that that will keep me coming back as a patron.

I went to this location because it is closed to work. Buy food for me and two other coworker, I spend 45 dollars. It was very disappointed to see my steak chalupas literally with 3 pieces of meat each. They robbed.

Terrible service. Our food came out cold, barely any meat on our tacos. I asked for a supreme with no lettuce, but instead I got a heap of lettuce and no tomatoes. My fiances food was cold as well. The bathroom had no toilet paper, and the trash was over filled. Mind you, him and I were the only patrons at the time. Then, when I tried to call for a complaint they didn't answer their phone. Again, this was not even 10 minutes after we left, there was not anyone else there.

Food was okay but the nacho cheese tasted a bit weird. The person at the cou ter was pleasant, but after I left I saw some employees sitting around outside and talking when they were supposed to be on shift? Don't know what kind of message that sends.

Updating my review, and still leaving it a 1 star. Stupidest lobby format Ive ever seen. You dont even have your menu posted so people can look around. Then you have to tap and tap and tap all around on your self serve kiosk. But if im inside, I want human contact. And nobody is there until they give your food. Horrible. My previous experience was so horrible I didnt come for 3 years, maybe I'll just stop taco bell altogether??? Not sure what else to say, but improvements need to be made.
