Food is okay not bad but come on the service was terrible. Very rude. Girl at window with the glasses is so rude. I said thank you so many times and she got mad that I did . my drink Baja blast was so light in color it was just water? Do better!

This is the newest location in Petoskey. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 8 minutes to drive to the north side of town for faster service at the old Taco Bell. Constantly messing up orders and taking 20+ minutes to make a simple order. Manager is not knowledgeable of customer service or telling the truth! What happened to FAST FOOD!? I get faster service at any sit down restaurant in town!

Somehow managed to burn nuggets and still serve them. I’ve honestly never been given burnt food at a fast-food restaurant before, which is surprising. I expected this location to be better than the Taco Bell on the north side, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I was offered a replacement, but that still requires spending more time going back and sitting in the drive-thru again. Time equals money, and both were wasted here. I’m sick of having to deal with food not being done right when it should be a basic part of the job.

The food did take a while, but one employee named Scott really stood out. While we were waiting, he went around to each table and ensured everyone’s food tasted good and asked if they needed anything. He checked for our names to make sure our orders would come out as soon as possible. Food was good, Scott was greater.

Had an issue with ordering in app, really wanted a specific deal. Called the shop, explained the situation, and they listened, acted and got it sorted all with grace and kindness. Ended up getting exactly what we wanted without just leaving. Shelby is amazing, as well as all of the team. The food is always well prepared, hot, and the service is so lovely. Thank you all that work here!
