Taco Bell

I have been to a lot of Taco Bells in my life, but I have never had tacos that were freezing to the touch because there was frozen lettuce in them. I don't know how the staff didn't notice that, unless they just don't care, which is also worrisome. If not for the meat, my hard tacos would have been 100% freezing cold. It's ridiculous. My husband had a soft taco, so having the lettuce folded in with everything else made everything cold. I was at least able to remove the lettuce from mine and you could see the ice glistening. I do not recommend going to this location. The reason for 3 stars is because they had clean bathrooms and I was greeted. Whoever owns or manages this location- it was the staff working on 12/7/25 @ 1:30-2pm. If not for grabbing food to go as we were on a long trip, w

Ordered Street chalupas and was given 2 little pieces of meat on each chalupa. Paid $17.70 for my meal just to get nothing fr. Even my Doritos tacos had a ton of lettuce with no meat. And ima truck driver so I dont be having time to come back and get food remade. I hate fast food service and quality nowadays Update...Taco Bell sent me a $5 free food coupon and I spent almost $20 on my food lol. Exactly why I don't eat out anymore.

I don’t think this counts as a “side of sour cream”, definitely not for 90 cents, I would say it’s more like 5 cents worth at best 😆🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

We had a great experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. Ordering was quick and easy, and the food was delicious and prepared well. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and very clean, making it a comfortable place to sit and eat. Overall, everything from the service to the food was excellent, and the kindness of the staff truly made the experience even better.

I’m at cashier ordering, one of their employees walked in from outside reeking of marijuana. Cashier was nice, but the manager had a blah attitude. I waited longer than the customer that ordered after me. His order was similar to mine. Huh? How does that work?? Food wasn’t made well either. Won’t eat at this Taco Bell Ever Again! Disappointed with overall food and service quality.
