ordered a sub that was prepared very sloppily and out of proportion. Made by an older gray hair white woman with a bad attitude. At the time of pickup, I chose not to complain and left the store. However, when I got in the car and began eating, the sandwich was literally falling apart. The meat was piled on top of the vegetables instead of being properly layered, and the bread was breaking apart. It was clearly not prepared with care or standard quality. I returned to the store to have the issue corrected. A male employee began assisting me, but the manager intervened. Her demeanor was immediately dismissive and confrontational. When I calmly explained that the sandwich was messy, she responded by saying, “That’s what you asked for,” implying the poor construction was my fault. While the

My wrap and my salad bow was half empty, the worker's refused to add more, im guessing those extra 5 cents of ingredients was coming out of their pay.

We love to stop and eat lunch at Subways. We love their healthy offerings with mine being the Veggie Delight - which they took off the menu but they can still make. Their restaurants are very clean and well run. Carolyn Sexton

One women was super nice then when it came time to “dress” my sub a diff women came to help. I took the bacon off the club I ordered and put it on my ham sub and she charged me for bacon. I told her “ur double charging me” I gave up and just paid and left. The lady soaked my BREAD w vinegar and oil, I asked for mayo… she only put it in one spot!
