Taco Bell

My wife and I went in a little before 5pm on 11/3/25. No one was at the register, we waited a few minutes and had to use the Kiosk to place our order and chose to pay cash. We waited. A tall slender guy came to the register, never even acknowledged us. After a while a lady came from the back. We asked about our order. She looked and said "it had been placed but hasn't been fixed as it hadn't been paid for". We explained we wanted to pay cash. We walked out and won't go back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This taco bell is horrible. They've gotten my order wrong 3 of the 4 times I went. And today I went and the girl working drive thru talked like a toddler robot. Cut me off. Total was three nine zero one instead of 39.01 ,🤣🤣

So unprofessional and somehow never ever manages to get the order right. There is always something missing. I shouldn’t pay $30-$40 for dinner for my family if I’m only gonna get $20 worth of the stuff I ordered.

this place is an absolute joke. the first few visits i had ill admit were beyond my expectations. but after the first week it was open it’s gone completely downhill. every time i order here i barely get any food!!! it’s too expensive to get half of what you pay for. i don’t understand how it’s so hard to put the right amount of food in the orders. do the workers have something against every customer that orders? i’ve had to have them remake the 3 cheese flat breads TWICE because they had literally 2 pieces of chicken in them. i order these fries today and they’re pitiful. i didn’t even ask them to fix it because i feel like a karen at this point with how many times ive had them fix my order. i definitely won’t be back like that even matters.

Simply no chicken. Insane lack of quality control but their customer service was nice.
