Typical fast food restaurant experience. The tables were a bit dirty. The Cinnabon delights were so good! I also really enjoyed the strawberry freeze. The tacos and burritos do not have enough meat in them. Also, it took a while for our food even though it was not busy. But not bad when you are in a pinch. They have some decent items.

Good fast food for a great price. Good nutritional value compared to most other fast food places. This location just recently renovated and looks very nice. Staff are all very pleasant and positive. I only rank the atmosphere 4 because let's be real, it is fast food

I’m vegan and every time I customize my order and get something, it always ends up having meat. If you’re vegetarian/ vegan please be careful, this location is notorious for screwing up orders.

Horrible establishment! Food is incorrect EVERYTIME. Last visit checked bag was missing 4 tacos, got back in drive thru line (inside of store was closed) waited at window to get correct tacos and all 4 tacos were then given with incorrect ingredients. Spoke to manager to atleast ask for refund for those 4 tacos he offered to make them AGAIN and still put sour cream / lettuce after I’ve explained PLAIN nothing but cheese. Ask for refund and was declined and told wait for another taco. No discount offered, no drink for wait, no apology… nothing. Very bad customer service

I recently ordered food from the Owings Mills location. Usually the food is pretty good. However, I had to throw out my entire lunch because it was poorly made and the quality was even worse. The spoiled smell is reeking. I had to move my trash can because of the smell.
