Baltimore County Public Library-Owings Mills Branch

This library is clean and quiet. The interior design is awesome with separate seating for children and teenagers away from the adult quite area's. The selection of books is huge to choose from for all kinds of books with different author's. Y'all come visit this awesome library to increase your knowledge. Peace

Great library with plenty of parking in the garages surrounding it. They have lots of working spaces and plenty of computers as well. There are even some great meeting rooms you can reserve. The open format and large windows make this a great place to get some work done in the middle of the day.

This is a good library with a large selection and very kind, helpful staff. It’s used to be a great library, but for some reason the seating arrangements have changed. They used to have individualized rolling chairs, which made it easy to find seating near outlets or in a more private/quiet area. Now that they’ve done away with those chairs it’s almost impossible to find somewhere to sit and read or get work done on the 2nd floor.

The Owings Mills library is my favorite of all the libraries that I’ve been to for some very important reasons. The people that work there are always friendly and very helpful. The place is always clean and inviting. The constant effort to make it more organized for those of us coming in and looking for things is very much appreciated.
