Okay for the delivery option. I live in Catalina and they got my order right. Everything was amazing and they did do great. I use the app all the time. Now here is the thing. I noticed the managers of this establishment are kinda mean. Like a lot. I like 3 employees there. Two sweet guys and a young girl. Those people are great. But when the managers are there... They make the atmosphere hectic they dont like doing orders by the machine and demand for you to do a kiosk. I dont do that i just use the app and use the drive thru. But i know there is way too many old people that are not great with technology and are hyper specific in diets. This is important. Because my father is a diabetic. And he tried to get a meal without asking me to get it. Which i usually handle with the app ...its even
Let me just start by saying it's incredibly rare for me to leave fast food reviews. That being said, this is the best Taco Bell I've been to- and that is thanks to Christy/Kristy (Please forgive me, I don't know how it was spelled!) After being immensely disappointed by the Chipotle next door for being unable to take credit card payments (WHAT?) I decided to head over to Taco Bell. I was on a motorcycle, so I had to order inside. Right away, Christy blew me away with her customer service. She was friendly, she helped me with some menu pointers which were MUCH appreciated, and, seeing that I was on a bike, gave me a water cup to rehydrate while I was waiting on my food without me having to ask. Little things like that mean a lot to me, and it truly doesn't go unnoticed. The food is typical
I haven't had Taco Bell for a very long time, but the flu hit and I was unable go shopping for a few days while sick. One evening I ordered TB. This I regret. Its the lowest quality of food I've had in years. Ultra processed, artificial tasting. If it at least could be a "guilty pleasure" kinda thing for rare occations... But I honestly wouldn't even give the majority I threw out, to my dog. I love my dog.
A really sweet girl working the drive thru tonight continued to be interrupted by a man jumping on not having a clue what was being asked by us while ordering. Then as the employee is trying to help us at the pick up window he comes flying over to, yet again, talk over his employee, threw our bag at her as she was trying to help us. In the end this was the Manager treating his employee and customers this way. Not impressed with those employees work environment, treatment, nor display of “leadership”. He does not deserve to be a manager to employees.
I am visiting from Phoenix came in and I did not get greeted by the cashier name Vanessa older lady. She was folding napkins the whole time and said to me to use the kiosk and I asked her a few questions and she was being difficult she really was pushing me to use the kiosk I didn’t want to because I am not good with technology plus I was paying park cash part card also I wanted to modify some food. By the time all this happened she could off took my order and got this done with. I asked her can u please help me o need help can I just order at register she had a an attitude. I took my food to go because I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in there. She needs to learn how to go above and beyond for a customer especially when they had no lines or no one there could Of dropped folding her paper
