Customer Reviews
We got a sizzling garlic with crispy pork and chicken. Also got dry Guilin with beef shank and shrimp. Both plentiful in big bowl and delicious. Friendly staff. Tables got bussed quickly. Food came out fairly quickly. Beef truly melted in your mouth; so tender! Chicken was super tender. Shrimp cooked perfectly, and the crispy pork belly was great. We loved the bok choy served with the noodles. Spices were well balanced! We added in a side order of fried dumplings. The BBQ pork was so tender with a subtle lovely flavor. Loved it! Definitely returning!
Orderer the salt and pepper wings, fried rice and Guilin with beef shank! Food was fantastic and so was the service! I even have leftovers😁
The heavy glass door of Noodleholics swung shut behind me, sealing out the dry Oro Valley heat and replaced it with a humid, aromatic atmosphere that felt like a localized weather system. I wasn’t here for a mere meal; I was here to witness the kinetic energy of Guilin-style rice noodles, a culinary discipline I had studied with the fervor of a monk and the hunger of a scavenger. The interior of the Plaza Escondida storefront hummed with a specific, rhythmic frequency—the staccato click of chopsticks against porcelain and the melodic hiss of a wok breathing fire in the back. I secured a seat, my senses heightened. The menu was a blueprint of intent. I chose the Guilin Spicy & Sour, a bowl that, on paper, promised a complex interplay of flavors, but in practice, felt like a high-stakes tact
I had an amazing experience overall, ordered "The Guillin Spicy and Sour" and got it as soon as I sat down. The bar area is quiet, and the lighting is cozy. Definetly a go-to spot for pho/ramen. The wings were crispy, with jalapenos I put in my pho. Atmosphere was perfect, would be amazing at night.
It’s the best food I have ever tried. I am Mexican and I can find similarities of the Pho with our traditional caldos, but to be honest nothing compares to the exquisite, celestial experencie that is to eat a house wonton. I would move to Tucson just to have Noodleholics in my city. I could live happy forever if that was my only flex in life.
