Taco Bell

refused to give me a receipt, messed up my order, then wouldn’t fix it cuz i didn’t have a receipt. can’t even call out the manager by name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was on her phone while handling food and setting it down on food prep counters. just avoid this location lol, take the time to go up a couple exits and go to the tumwater one.

Its taco bell I was starving because id been driving for 12 hrs and its the only place I could get food quick and continue driving. It was a 22 hr drive only 2 pit stops. . . However this taco bell was attached to a flyers gas station with a shower and mini mart and lots of caffeine. The people were pretty nice and I got snacks. Forbthe rest of the trip. Back to the taco bell food. Got a value box with a chicken. Chalupa a taco and burrito. Burrito was not great Chalupa was good and the taco was good. Ill give it a thumbs up. Ots no nice resturant and I make far better Mexican traditional. But for the time it worked. And it was OK on expense.

Same tacos same ingredients same everything as any other taco bell. It comes down to people and service and quality of the place kept clean and organized and inviting for a quick stop and quick bite. Nothing different except it's a clean and organized store and good for stopping by if you are in mood for tacos. Good clean restroom for the restaurant also.

To Taco Bell Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience at your [taco bell in pilot truck stop ] restaurant. During my visit, only two staff members were working, and both were extremely rude. I ordered food but was not provided with a receipt. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that I had not placed an order at all. This level of service is unacceptable. I hope you will look into the staffing and customer service standards at this location.

I keep finding, with every random and rare trip to a Taco Bell, that their food just isn't as satisfying as it used to be, back in the day of the free Taco Bell plush Chihuahua toys that spoke. I don't know that it's their food necessarily,as I still love tacos... I just know I'll seek out other fast food options if possible. I just don't like the feeling in my gut after consuming their food. Other than that though, it's a great dining experience. Yo quiero...
