Bayside Bungalow And Puget View Cottage

My 81 year old mother & I stayed at this beautiful (very clean) cottage for 2 days. The grounds of the cottage overlook the Puget Sound & Olympic mtns, the view is amazing. There are steps down to the beach that is filled with sand dollars. It is a bit of a hike down to the beach & there are no rails, but so worth the climb. There are 2 kayaks kept at the beach for the guests. An easier way to the beach is just a couple of minutes down the road at the State Park. Although, the cottage is small the bedroom & sitting area has plenty of room & lots of chairs to relax & read one of the many books provided. There is a very small stove & counter, where meals can be prepared. The inn keepers provided us with nice muffins, juice & eggs for our first breakfast. The inn keepers were extremely

Beautiful tiny cottage in the woods near the sound. Highly recommend checking it out! Owners are super friendly and are very helpful!

My husband and I and our 22 month old daughter stayed at the cottage for 2 days in July 2010. The place is small but it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was great. We appreciated the fresh fruit, banana bread and yogurt the hosts provided. We spent most of our time on the deck looking out at the water. It truly is a spectacular view. I really can't find anything to complain about. I'd definitely recommend the place to others.

Puget View is a great little cabin on Puget Sound, officially a vacation rental, but with kind of a bed and breakfast feeling. Kitchenette is handy. Nice to have it stocked with a few items for our first breakfast. Hosts are very nice and live in the log house that shares the property. Enjoyed Tolmie State Park which is practically next door. Cottage has a great view, especially from the deck. We also liked the hammock and campfire area on the beach. Trail to beach is down a bunch of steps, just so you know. Puget View is a lovely find. We enjoyed it very much---so will you.

First of all, the guest "house" is really a couple of rooms tacked onto a garage. But don't let that put you off. My wife and I both agree that of all the B&Bs we've stayed out, Puget View Guest House is the most romantic.||||To begin with, it is a very cozy "cottage". The two rooms are comfortable and well decorated. You have your own sun deck. There is a double-hammock on the grounds overlooking Puget Sound. There is a private beach with kayak and BBQ. And TONS of sand dollars. There are hundreds and hundreds of sand dollars. ||||The owners are very attentive and provide a delicious breakfast. ||||We highly recommend this site.
