You guys, they really served this quality of food and thought it was acceptable. Placed an order through door dash after working a 16 hour shift and really wasn’t trying to go out in 10 degree weather with wet hair after I showered. So after this poor quality of food arrived and I was extremely upset about it, when I drove there to get proper food I paid for, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the manager (regretfully never got her name). I insisted she took the food back to show her cook how NOT to serve food. She refused to take the order back through the window. She cut me off every time I would try to talk to tell her how I would like my situation to be remedied. Just told me how she was going to handle the situation. Was so hungry after work one day. For $7, dont get the dipper quesadillas. To be honest its my final lesson on why I shouldn't be supporting billion dollar corporations. Im done with taco bell after this. I know its just some high school kid too so I cant even be that mad, it's just depressing.

$16 for a chalupa shell that’s so stale it broke apart before I could even open the packaging. And they forgot my sour cream that I paid extra for. $16! Absolutely insane, I can only blame myself for going to Taco Bell in 2026. Hundreds of millions spent or marketing for their stores to serve stale chalupa shells. If you go look at the Cicero Taco Bell you will see I have left a review there after they gave me a stale chalupa shell, seems to be the norm now. $16 for 2 stale chalupas, a soft taco and a soft drink. $16. Waited 50 minutes inside as I watched 10 cars come out of the drive thru. I understand these fast food places want to finally just be take out. No need for seats, lights, services, smaller footprint. But come on man, almost an hour for “fast” food. Never go here again.

Please take your business to another location if possible. You will undoubtably wait for close to an hour to receive your order no matter the size. Their employees lack any skill to maintain order and cooperation to get orders out in decent time. I would rather eat at failed health inspection establishments before thinking of going here again.
