Taco Bell

everything was dirty and I waited for 40 minutes for one order when there were only two other people in the lobby. Guy next to me said he had been waiting even longer on a smaller order. not only that, the tables were basically all dirty so there was nowhere to sit while waiting. Crazy

The chips and cheese was terrible so salty the chips had atleast half a teaspoon of salt on each chip honestly maybe more it was a mouth full couldn’t even taste the chip. And a regular hard taco barely any meat smh!

Where do you find your employees? Are they trained? Does anyone care? 30 minuets in a drive thru is crazy. Still waiting as I write this arrived at 8:50 because another taco place was closing soon and man it’s 9:20 now, should have went to the other place. Not going inside because my two children are sleeping in the back seat. Haven’t ate all day and wanted some food for my hour drive Do better

Absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable. The service is extremely slow every time, and the staff seem uninterested and not in a hurry at all. I have never received an order on time from this location. If you value your time, do NOT come here and do not place online orders from this store. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Like other reviews on here, I also had very poor service tonight. The same girl working the drive-thru asked me to repeat my order several times when I just ordered one box. She kept saying she couldn't hear to every car in line when people were speaking loud enough to hear. On top of the poor service, they said they were out of 2 different flavored sodas asked for (i later saw the car in front of me get 1 they were supposedly out of). We waited 10 minutes for 1 box. The actual food was disgusting and barely had any filling. Parts of the chicken were burnt and the nacho cheese shell was stale and old. Being pregnant, I definitely do not appreciate this and won't be back. I hope I dont get sick or food poisoning from the gross tasting and looking food I was served 🤮 That's really dangerous
