I went to the pickup area, and they told me I had to drive up to the window. But there was a long line of cars and a lot of traffic. There were three employees inside — only one was actually working, one was just sitting, and another was on the phone. The service was very slow and unorganized. Very disappointing experience.

They will not let you in to go to the restroom if it’s after 10pm. The hours are listed incorrectly. If told them it was an emergency and my party would still wait in the car line but they would not let me go to the bathroom. They don’t care if they just have you pee on your building which I did not do but my kidneys are dying because of them currently.

Late in the evening, I picked up two orders through the delivery platform via the thru driveway. For the first customer, the order was handed to me through the window, but for the second, I was asked to circle around and line up again on the driveway to pick up the order for the second customer.
