Rollies Pastries is such a hidden gem. They have the most unique Basque cheesecake flavors, and honestly, you won’t find anything like them anywhere else. I’m not even a big dessert person, but I constantly crave their cheesecakes because they’re not too sweet and the flavors are done so well. My favorites are the pistachio and strawberry (please bring them back 😭). They’re rich, creamy, and so good without being heavy. I also got my wedding cake and macaron tower from them, and I’m so glad I did. Everything turned out better than I could’ve imagined. The owner Andrew is super sweet, very genuine, and so easy to work with. Our guests wouldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. Highly recommend Rollies for events or just when you need a little guilty pleasure!

Andrew and Lucas are great. We got their Ube pandan cheesecake and it was delicious! Flavors were perfectly balanced and it wasnt too sweet. Theyre also fun to talk to :). Definitely give them a try.

We really wanted to try Basque cheesecakes and luckily Rollies popped up not far from us. Great reviews and well deserved! Both the vanilla and the matcha are amazing. Tried the low sugar version (with monk fruit) and it was so good--just sweet enough. I will definitely be coming back to work through all flavors!

Amazing desserts and even better people! We loved their selection and the assortment of different flavors. The pandan and ube cheesecake is a personal favorite. We brought it to our Christmas party, and everyone was asking where it was from. The owners are also super sweet and knowledgeable. I’m glad to have been able to try before they blow up! I can’t wait to get them to cater my events in the future.
