Taco Bell

I went to pick up dinner before my daughter's Christmas concert. My mistake, I ordered a little more than what I had in my account. Asked the man to remove an item and he insisted that my order would be refunded and then he would recharge. He charged my card 3 separate times, with the same statement saying it will be refunded. He left me with a zero dollar balance, and refused to give me our food that we just paid for and no receipt. Told me tough luck and that my money would "come back overnight like any NORMAL Citizen". So we left with no food and no ability to get more food before her concert. I've never seen this man in the drive through before so I think he's new. That does not excuse his lack in intellect and poor mannerism. I still have not received my refund for $34. Not only did h

If we could give this place a 0 we would, the dude at the microphone was completely rude. We pulled up to the speaker he said at first “ it will be just a minute” okay cool no problem 3 minutes pass after looking at the menu we go to speak an get met with a tone “I told you to wait, we have a big order ahead of you!” No just “one more minute please” nothing just straight rudeness. No name was given at the window an we left without ordering. There was no apologies or anything, definitely a horrible experience.

I used to eat at Taco Bell regularly back in the day. Today I wanted something quick and not very expensive. I came in and saw they did want to take people's orders. They want you to order from a kiosk. No one took notice of me expecting me to punch in my order. I used to order a grilled steak burrito. But it was absent from the menu. So I ordered a bean burrito and added steak, tomatos, jalapenos....and cheese. The burritos have always had cheese but now they only come with nacho cheese so I had to pay extra for normal cheese. The cost was more than double the price with the add-ons (about$5.50). I was fine with that. But I was presented with a diminutive version of the grilled steak burrito. Cool staff, always great food, and recently I witnessed a good hearted team member giving food to the homeless. Awesome. Only complaint is that those windows are filthy. I understand that it's a restaurant and condensation etc. but the management should work on that.

Ive always liked Taco Bell until now. Oh the food was the same, and the kids working there were pleasant and helpful, but whoever came up with idea of forcing everybody to order at the kiosk is a knuckle head. I know I'm a dinosaur, but did they ever think that while I'm taking 5 minutes to order a taco because I'm not computer savvy, it's not just me that's getting frustrated, it's the growing line behind me. Embarrass and frustrate me, and make the people behind me angry. I guess the answer is simple, bar anyone that is not computer literate from being a customer. You wint have to bar me, I won't go to Taco Bell again. There's other places out there that believe the human touch still has value. Mark Anderson🤔
