Newport Oregon

So much to do in Newport! Visit Pirates Plunder, there is also the Aquarium that the kids would love, Ripleys believe it or not and Wax works a cool wax museum. I would recommend these places to all ages.

Would I rate this beautiful port highly? For sure. Well worth a visit. Great craft shops, novelty outlets, and especially the great restaurants. Very picturesque town with a bustling and busy working harbour. Famous for its noisy sea lions, that can be seen and heard from several locations. The closer you get, the smellier they become, but well worth this small inconvenience..I visit this beautiful town every time I visit the picturesque state of Oregon.

Dynamic working coastal community. Vibrant fishing scene and tourism hub. Great stop along the coast if you're hoping to view seals and sea lions (seasonally), or just window-shop. Some excellent dining options too.

Newport, Oregon, is a really cool place to visit. There are so many attractions and places to sightsee. There are so many beaches around, and there are plenty of shops to shop in.

We love Newport and have made their 4th of July fireworks show our annual tradition. We play on the beach by the jetty and then watch the show from across the harbor.
