Place order online standing in the store because the menus were different, tried to get an employee to assist with no luck. Waited at the counter for 40 mins, while my ready order just sat under the lamps. Finally an employee asked if I was they for door dash and let her know that no, my online order was supposed to be ready. Half of my food was burnt way beyond being edible, the best part was the root beer drink. As much as I normally enjoy taco bell, I will not be spending any money there any time soon.

Lakeeshi Sims is the best order taker I have ever heard. Very polite and professional along with awesome service. She is definitely a keeper! Hats off to you Lakeeshi!

every time we place a mobile order for drive thru, we do it 5-10 minutes before we get there. at speaker they tell us to come inside, and then when we do they make us wait 10+ minutes, sometimes up to 20 or just ignore you. they say they’re “not taking mobile orders through drive thru”, or that we placed it for counter even after we show them that it was for drive thru. they’ll take normal drive thru orders, doesn’t make sense because they have to make the food right away instead of having had time to prepare it. they’re usually rude, give people who arrived after us their food but we always waitin

There was a fly in the coffee I got there from this morning. Disgusting. I am never eating here again. This was just my last straw, but service here is always a gamble. The location is understaffed so orders take a while to be completed and the staff is rude. Whenever you go inside to order you'll probably see a bunch of DoorDashers standing by while the food is being made. A lot of them end up passing on their orders and leaving because it takes too long. People who came in to order for themselves just have to wait because they have already paid. Don't eat here.

Every time I come here, I'm waiting 25-30 minutes for a single meal. The manager is constantly walking around on her phone, instead of helping the single guy make tacos, during the lunch rush. Worst service in newberry.
