Cook Out was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish! As soon as I walked in, I could smell the delicious aroma of freshly grilled burgers and crispy fries. It felt warm and welcoming, with cheerful staff eager to help. The menu offered so many tempting choices that I could hardly decide what to order. It was exciting to know that every item was made with care and attention, reflecting the love for food that the restaurant clearly has. The moment my food arrived, my mouth watered in anticipation. I enjoyed a juicy, perfectly grilled burger, topped with fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and creamy mayonnaise. Ordered a cherry cheesecake shake. Come to find out it was chocolate and cherry. Person who was at the register was rude and didn't give me a chance to even ask for my receipt. Also no phone option to call store directly.

Went inside to get a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken but yet they put more cheese with no chicken. good just wanted more chicken atmosphere a little off but I guess cause it’s a small town

My husband has always been a fan of Cook Out restaurants. To be honest, I usually notice a lot of difference between the quality of food between restaurants. I was happy to see the Newberry now has a Cook Out. The food at this location was the freshest, best tasting that I have ever received at a Cook Out. Keep it up and we will be back!

We went to a drive through only unless they are all like that. Didn't really care for because we were traveling and wanted to stretch our legs. But the worker was super friendly and my burger was way better than I expected. Will go again
