Little boy named Trenton on front counter was an absolute mess. Most likely high. Instead of paying attention to customers he was loudly singing rap music and getting into political debates. Had to go through drive thru to wait ages to get my food. Please get better workers if you actually want this location to get half decent reviews.

I’m not sure if they’re under new management, but tonight was a great drive thru experience! Was a long line, so I was worried as I’ve had to wait very long times before here-but it moved quickly, teller was very friendly, food was fresh, even how they put it in the bag was nice and tidy. Nice work!

In the morning, the service and wait times are great. After 5pm however, is a different story. Always understaffed. The drive through is a nightmare. Always minimum of 30 minutes wait time even if there are 4 cars in line. The food is subpar and thrown together with no care and ownership. Come for breakfast or lunch, skip dinner time!

Let me first state that I like the food here. But I do not recommend going here after the lobby has closed at 10pm. They get incredibly busy and service is incredibly slow. I am sure there may be a valid and acceptable reason for this, but that does not change the experience. And specifically they need to come up with a solution for couriers, as we will clog the lines waiting for customer orders, assuming we choose to wait in the line that wraps around the building for 20 to 30 minutes. And I checked this time against the first message I sent to the customer.

Worst Taco Bell in existence. I’ve been in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and have still yet to order, but the way their parking lot is, YOU CANT GET OUT! Truly unbelievable how 2 cars have moved forward In the drive thru line in 35 minutes.
