Taco Bell

I say this with no exaggeration, but with an emphasis how great the food is here. The inviting service and atmosphere reflects in their commitment at providing the great experience. You'll never know how taco bell is truly supposed to taste until you stop here. I go at least 3 times a week because it's not that fast food restaurant you wonder "hopefully their on point today". The food is consistent regardless the time of day or who's working. I can only hope the owner incentives and compensates them well above the average rates for fast food wages. Especially the manager It's well deserved and earned at this taco bell.

Long term visitor to this location - Something has happened in these last few weeks. They cannot get my order right multiple times. Being 100% serious - I went through the drive through and got a 5 layer burrito (no sour cream) only to come home and find tons of sour cream inside of it. No biggie. I return 10 minutes later and ask for it to be remade, and once again return home to find it, once again, slathered in sour cream. Absolute insanity

I had such a wonderful experience at the drive-thru thanks to Kaiyna! She greeted me with a warm smile and an amazing attitude that instantly brightened my day. Not only was she fast and efficient, but she also made sure my order was 100% correct. Her friendliness and positive energy turned a quick stop into such a pleasant experience. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of care and professionalism at the drive-thru. Thank you, Kaiyna, for going above and beyond you truly made my visit outstanding!

Drive thu girl was rude and shoved food, taco sauces and change at me. Mexican pizza was the lousy. NOT hot. Taco sauce was so old it ruined the pizza. Took it inside for a refund and the help was rude and not helpful. Asked to speak to the manager after the “kids” told me I wasn’t getting a refund just because it tasted bad! Did finally get a refund after much abuse from the “kids” , training is required on how to treat people! I will never go to the Nashville location again. NEVER EVER. One star is being generous…….

Went through the drive-thru at this location and Nicole M. helped us. She was so friendly and helpful and had a great attitude! I wish all fast food and other restaurants had someone as friendly as her working!
