Taco Bell

On Sunday the The holiest of all days I got a great craving for a grilled cheese burrito from my local Taco Bell. I was having a bad day and I was down in the dumps and I really needed to pick me up. That’s when I walked in and I was greeted to the most charismatic amazing or charming workers I have ever met in my entire Life Manny and Eric, when I tell you, they greeted me with such enthusiasm when I walked in the door. It felt like God chose me to come here then that was God’s plan. They got my order processed in record time. I was so Pleased that I’ve vowed that this would be the only Taco Bell I would ever go to for the rest of my life when I finally got my amazing grilled cheese burrito. It was filled to the brim with creamy amazing gooey that I can only only assume that Eric and Mann

Waited 20 minutes for small taco salad inside, for to go order. No napkins or fork in bag. Granted there was a large order to get out but all the people inside were ignored. I went in and there were 7 cars that still needed to order. They all were done and gone at least 6 min before I got my order. 4 others were waiting inside and felt the same way.

Came through the drive-through after a busy Wednesday. I just want to let you know that Shal, who was working the drive-through, not only is incredible at her job, but also her upbeat positive attitude was the only reason why I donated to the college fund. I never donate, But she was so peppy and sweet and friendly and funny that when she asked me if I wanted to round up, I said absolutely yes. Give this girl a raise and a promotion ❤️ Shout out to Casey as well!!

i have a love-hate relationship here. customer service can be great, but my soda is always flat. also the manager said she couldn’t refund me unless i came back to the store? sometimes there’s cops, most of the time it’s just a long line for the drive thru.

This is the absolute worst taco bell in the valley. I will not be going back. Every time I have been to this location they mess up my order. Tonight we make an online order and I go to pick it up. Go through the drive thru and give them the name, everything pops up on the screen and I say it looks good. Pull to the window and they give me my drinks then at least three of them stand inside the window talking. It takes them 10 minutes to realize that the line is not seeing my order and it has not been made. They asked me to pull to the front while they get it made, 10 about minutes after that I go inside to see where we are on the order. It had been sitting in drive thru for who knows how long.
