Aspen Grove Coffee House

Aspen Grove Coffee House is an absolute gem here in Nampa. Such a cute little drive-up spot tucked just off Middleton Road, and honestly one of those places you’re instantly glad you stopped at. The coffee was fantastic—smooth, flavorful, and you can tell real care goes into it. I love that they’re locally sourced too… that always matters to me. The food though? Next level. I grabbed the breakfast burrito and it was fresh, flavorful, and flat-out delicious—one of those “okay, I’ll be thinking about this later” kind of meals. We also got the cinnamon roll, which comes from a bakery in Kuna, and it was incredible. Soft, perfectly sweet, and just another reminder of how committed they are to keeping things local. This is a cute little drive-thru coffee spot! I tried a hot pistachio latte and my husband had a hot Americano with honey and sea salt. We both enjoyed our drinks! Bonus: they use local ingredients that support the community! We’ve been trying coffee shops all around the area and this is one of the best! Definitely recommend!

This is our families favorite place for coffee! The entire crew is great and always enjoyable to connect with. They are frequently coming up with interesting and tasty seasonal drinks with locally sourced, high quality ingredients. They are consistent with their coffee as well. You won’t get a breve one week only for it to taste completely different the next. The breakfast burritos are good and big and big and good. If they have cinnamon rolls, get them. They will change your life and your waistline. Worth it. Truly, this is always the place we recommend to people. Grateful they are so close.

Been here a few time and this place is a gem!! 💎 Awesome drive through, staff is super friendly, and the coffee is always really good. Perfect place to grab a quick drink to start your day. (Breakfast Burritos are also fire here!)

I had a excellent cortado! I was thrilled to find a coffee place that has more than just lattes and mochas! The quality of the drink was fantastic and I look forward to a second visit!
