They don’t want u there longer 30 minutes but wont clean anything & the manager lets employees park in the handicap parking

Nasty!!!!! The fried egg must have been cooked yesterday, it had turned green!! The employees were arguing! Don't waist your time here!!!

Ordered a steak Casarita and when I opened the foil wrapper around it there was one of the little plastic lid for nacho cheese dipping containers stuck to the bottom of the Caserita and whoever wrapped the Rita could feel the lid through the foil!! I know this because I felt it as soon as I grab it from the taco bell bag!!! OH AND THE LID WAS NOT A NEW CLEAN LID ACCORDING TO THE GREASE AND DIRT THAT WAS EMBEDDED IN THE LID... 🤮

Did not like the fact that you had to order from the screen yourself, then you could not easily customize a 12 pack of tacos to do half supreme and half not. The manager couldn't figure it out either. She was very helpful and friendly about the whole situation. They didn't have the sauces that we wanted because they were out of them.

My beans on my spicy tostada where in a scoop instead of spreading around like normal. No big deal, right? Wrong. I went spread it and when did they start serving bacon on it?? Oh that not bacon it's crusty beans. why would you serve this??... The beans are so dry/burned whatever you want to call them they are crunchy and disgusting. Refried beans should never be crunchy. Fed it and a bean burrito to the dog...
