Tootsie on the River

I’ve been wanting to visit this spot for a while & yesterday we finally had the opportunity. Simply walking up to the place is joy inducing- The colors & decor are so inviting. It’s nothing compared to the experience when you enter- Beautiful, clean and the friendliest guys working there yesterday. They were helpful & very attentive. I had the passion fruit sorbet (highly recommend if you like tartness - and love passion fruit. ) I also had the vegan mango pineapple - also fabulous. I love they have vegan options for those who are vegan or have lactose intolerance. I’m not either of the aforementioned but they are FABULOUS! We also had the movie theater & also another I would recommend! I tasted it & loved it as well! Their ice creams are hand made & you can taste the love!

I wanted to treat myself to a coffee so I visited Tootsie on the River. I could not have dreamed up treat that I was in for. This is a sort of Cookie brûlée Latte, and it is more than enough reason to make the trip to try it out!

We discovered this amazing gem while visiting my son. It is soooooo cute. So warm and inviting. The lady behind the counter was so welcoming. She let us sample ice cream flavors. The honey lavender ice cream was AMAZING! We sat inside enjoying our treats. Everyone who came in were greeted as though family. Love love love the atmosphere. We actually got a chuckle when told WE had an accent (we’re from California)! If you are in the area you MUST stop in and get a treat! I can’t stop thinking about that honey lavender ice cream!

Very nice stop today. The young lady working was super helpful and friendly. We sampled a few ice creams - they were all very tasty. This is a very nice place for a yummy dessert and porch sit!!

This place is a gem!! Many locals know of this shop, and I'm grateful they didn't gatekeep!! Customer service is top tier, and the baristas are very helpful. I choose to shop local over the big chain. The charm and hospitality made me return every morning during my visit. Thank you ladies for an amazing cup of love!!
