This place is the slowest establishment I have ever seen. Everyone that is working in here is moving a turtle speed. You could run on foot to midland and back before your food gets done. Don’t waste your time. Go to McDonald’s.
I’ve been eating Taco Bell since I was in high school. I’m now in my 50s. They just built a brand new one in Monahans. I’ve ate there twice. I imagine it’ll take a couple weeks to work all their corks and kinks out which I look forward to. They seem to have a good staff on board and hopefully they can get the fast food part of it down sooner than later, but overall my food was delicious. and my service was great. It just took a while.
Look at those pictures and you tell me. And that was after I took back the first 3 tacos because they were COMPLETELY CRUSHED. The manager handed me those 3 personally. And we waited 50 min in line.
I ordered a crunchwrap surpreme and they forgot the tosada to make it cunchy. Also my kid wanted a chicken taco and we got home and it wasn't in the bag.
The food was great, everything correct ✅ Went around 3:45 and it was pretty slow, so not much wait at the drive thru. Good job 😊
