Taco Bell

I will say I think there food a little high but as I go to every restaurant in middlesboro ky and reveiw them. Taco bell does deliver a great experience employees trained so well in customer service food always correct you get what you order. When you eat there you feel welcomed. I would say if you feel like some tacos or a good Mexican pizza give them a try they will not disappoint. I highly recommend taco bell

I Had two experiences one of which wasn't very good. but the new General Manager of the Store Made everything better. This Man truly cares about his position as a Manager and Corporate should really Recognize that. They also need to help this store with the technical issues they are having with equipment. If you expect your Management and employees to work the way I know you do then you need to do everything in your power to help make that easier for them. Especially having a manager that just took this store over. I truly hope that you get all your employee issues figured out and that will stop some of the issues we had before speaking with you. I love the Cinnamon twists. Lately there has been less and less cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on them. They dont taste as good when it is just the twist. Please add more cinnamon/sugar on the twists. They used to have a good amount a month or so ago.

Worst experience tonight ever ordered 3 Dorito tacos and after driving home and getting them out they was barely any beef on them I'm talking less than half a teaspoon on each visit often but after tonight gonna find other option

We ordered the food and took 4 seconds to get to the window and they immediately had us the food...fast service? No it was already made and sitting. All 3 Doritos tacos shells were soggy from the bottom to halfway up the dang shell...it was mushy gross and not warm. The grilled cheese steak burrito was cold enough that the cheese was solid and had cheese on one side and as soon as I unwrapped it the cheese fell off in one whole piece. Lastly I looked at the sauce packets they gave me and there was some dried nastyness on the packages and two were open and dry at the opening... meaning they were sitting at the bottom of something for awhile....and they gave them to me smh. No excuse not to make it fresh no excuse for giving me those old dang sauce packets. Worst taco bell in awhile, don't k
