AC fixed, clean bathrooms, fresh food - love that my steak chalupa was soft melted in my mouth. Thank you. Luxe box, 5 layer with rice black beans onion and red sauce, soft taco, steak chalupa, chips and guacamole. Yum. Thank you for a perfect Sunday.

we came in close to when the dining room closes, which i can understand can be frustrating, but to be honest you're still gonna be working. i wasnt gonna bat an eye when we were just getting dirty looks, but when the black gentleman made a comment to another worker about spitting in our food i was disturbed by the lack of common decency. he had also loudly sighed and said, "oh my god" when we walked in, before we knew their dining room would be closing. we didn't realize they were closing especially since an employee had opened the door for us and welcomed us in without notifying us that their dining room was closing soon

This place was busy! The gentleman working the front was handling a demanding/needy customers like pro! I screwed up my order and he insisted on making it right for me despite it being my error. Who ever was working the front counter on 11/14 at 3:20-3:30 pm was a 5 star employees giving customers a 5 star experience.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The female manager at this location was rude and completely unprofessional. I will definitely not return to this location and it was my preferred location until today. I hope that taco bell offers some professional training because she needs it.

No point of ordering ahead because they ALWAYS say “we’ll get that started for you” and then we wait.
