Prepped AZ

I had such a great experience with Prepped AZ. Their meals made staying on track with my nutrition so easy and completely took the stress out of planning and cooking. Everything was fresh, balanced, and actually tasted amazing (which isn’t always the case with meal prep!). I’ll definitely continue ordering and recommending them to clients and friends. Highly recommend if you want healthy, reliable meals without the hassle!

We absolutely love Prepped AZ! Our daughter has sensitivities to dairy, so finding meals that are dairy-free, gluten-free, and made with clean, organic ingredients has been a game changer for our family. We’re especially grateful that they don’t use any seed oils—such a rare and welcome find in prepared meals. The food is consistently delicious, delivery is always on time, and everything freezes well if we ever need to save a few meals (though honestly, we usually eat them too fast for that!). So glad we found Prepped AZ—highly recommend!

Brittni + team make healthy eating easy. The meals are fresh and clearly labeled as paleo, gluten-free, and/or dairy-free. Their rotating menu keeps meals interesting. Ordering is simple, and it’s a great local option if you want real healthy food without all the prep work!

Just started prepped az last week and I am loving it so far! I did 4 meals with extra protein and it’s been perfect amounts of food and the quality is fantastic. Very impressed ☺️

Oh my gosh! I have never had such great meal prep. This saves me sooooo much time. No grocery store visits, no having to go pick it up, no cooking. They do it all and deliver it! They have such amazing options for both lunch and dinner, anything with the steak is my favorite haha! Their homemade sauce are to die for! Love the prep fil a (just like chik-fil-a sauce). AAAAAAND they're gluten and dairy free! Highly recommend, I can't say enough about how awesome they are. And they're super affordable.
