Taco Bell

The order taker was great, the food tasted fresh and it was fast but I'm so tired of getting jipped. Especially with prices now a days. I didn't get a picture of the nacho fries but they were spilled into the bag(not a huge deal) but I put them in the box and they filled barely half the box. So disappointed.

Just left here, some lady at drive through was telling me I can’t use this in store. Y'all see that right? It says in store? Twice? Or am I somehow reading it wrong? She was rude and honestly so are 90% of the workers here. I get it they hate their job and they’re having a bad day, but there’s no need to be like that towards people who are being friendly. I’m not sure why I still (rarely) eat here. Aside from it being cheap, there’s nothing good about this place. There is almost always messed up food and miserable workers.

Overall everything else was okay except for the fact that this new menu item the loaded Steak House nacho jalapeno fries was almost $7 and there is barely anything in there. This is unacceptable really there is five pieces of steak and I told them no jalapenos just the jalapeno sauce and they still put jalapenos on it. They need to be giving us a refund for the entire meal considering we live about 25 minutes out of town and we can't just go back into town to get new food because by the time we get home and look at our food it's too late obviously. A manager should contact us we placed an online order and can give the order number if they would get in contact with us.

Came in this morning and the ladies there were amazing and very sweet and professional the manager chelsie was great and Amanda that was taking my order was very sweet everyone there was great wonder

This is the 3rd time we've been out here to try and get our order replaced were told yesterday they were outta meat, we finally were able to get it replaced today but yet the food was still cold and soggy this is the whole reason we were getting it replaced and our chalupas didn't have any chicken at all it was mainly lettuce and cheese fries were cold and tacos so soggy. Im highly upset we spent around 50$ on food that wasn't prepared the way it should be nor hot and fresh this taco bell is really going down hill do not recommend going here anytime soon.
