Taco Bell / Long John Silver's

Staff is amazing. Some of the best customer service I have seen in fast food. They work together, wear smiles , and made this visit one for the books. Food was made fresh on request . No hesitation no hard feelings. All smiles. Great service. I will be back.

It depends on who is working on how the food and service will be. When you place a DRIVE THRU order on the app, you expect to pick it up in the drive thru, not to have to go into the store for your order. Every time the one manager is working, she makes me go inside, even though NOONE else is in line!! If you're worried about your drive thru times, have someone else help you complete the order!! And when you put lettuce in tacos and push it down, it breaks the shells!! Every shell on every taco-6 total, were broken. Same manager, every time. The pictures are from our last visit where again same manager, broken shells, had to go inside..the nacho fries were cold, I had to actually ask her to fill the container more and it still wasn't full, neither was the cheese cup. I'd give less stars,

Only at this Taco Bell will u get a crunchy taco or a cantina taco that’s literally crunched up like it’s been sat on! Stale cinnamon twists…. At lunch time.

The worse experience I’ve ever had. Fish was half cooked. With batter still in the middle, chicken tender hard as ever, shrimp and hush puppies non edible. Friends completely hard. How do you even sell this to a customer.

How can you not make a taco with out crushi g it up. Really come on guys one job. Have to eat a taco with a fork bec its crushed to hell. Bathroom Needs a cleaning, tables need good wipe down.
