Taco Bell - Live Más Café

Man I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in a minute because this location is so disgusting but today I had a craving. Bad idea. THIS PLACE SUCKSSSSS. Nasty workers and nasty food!!! My food wrappers were so wet I couldn’t peel the food off. Disgusting I hope this place get replaced by something better yuck.

Came in around 23:35. Checked in at kiosk with app. Kiosk wasn't working. Tried other kiosk, wasn't working either. Lost check in number. Stood at counter for service. 1 guy was standing in plain view, line of sight, texting on his phone and ignored me. The manager was telling him to get off the phone and do some work. He remained on phone. Another employee came towards the front to change out cinnamon twists, ignored me. A couple walked in to order at kiosk. Kiosk wasn't working. They saw me standing there with no one waiting on me and they left. Finally a female, possibly the manager came to the front and just looked at me. I asked her if I could order some food. She said to "use the kiosk". I advised her they weren't working. She came around and tried to use one, it didn't work. She tol

If you go inside and up to the register, there is a good chance you’ll end up using a tablet to make your order. I didn’t see any workers come out to see if I needed assistance, but it might be a good idea to just give a glance if there are people who don’t know how to use it.

It doesnt matter what time of day you order from here, it will never be fully correct and hot. Never will get sauce, napkins or a fork. If you leave a bad survey, they dont care and will never reach out. If you call they wont answer. All comes down to bad management in my opinion 🤷‍♀️ cant wait for the DP taco bell to reopen!

I ordered through Doordash and they forgot my drink and didn't add any of the accommodations that I paid extra for and we all know getting food delivered is already expensive. I also found a random piece of trash in my bag of food. Just pissed me off bc of how lazy they are
