I ordered online tonight. Upon arrival, the drive thru long was quite long. My husband went inside and the ladies quickly made our order. They were quick, efficient, and polite. This location is always on top of things and seems to take pride in their store. Great job, guys!!

Girl at the drive thru was so rude! Was doing so much and nothing at the same time. Got the combo for #10, the steak burrito you see tiktokers eat. Don't get it. So small here. I was catfished and they don't have any sauces besides the basic mild and fire sauces. No ranch or cheese sauces you get with the burrito. I was so sadm. $10 combo and didn't even get full. Going forth I'll stick to my CFA or crunchy tacos which are staples.

I love Taco Bell. But the Leeds location is probably my least favorite ever! The food is sloppy. Always missing ingredients. Lettuce is always warm and soggy. Please get better!

11/10/25 @12pm-I went through the drive thru and asked for a cup of cheese at the window while the woman was running my card. She told me I had to pay for the cup of cheese which I told her was fine and she could run my card(which she was holding in her hand). She then started screaming at me that she couldn’t add a cheese sauce on and that I would have to go back through the drive thru(no one was even in line) and then slammed the drive thru window so hard that the window bounced back open. All of this over a cheese sauce🤷‍♀️ I went in to speak with the “manager” and she had a snarky grin while I was explaining what happened and told me she would let the manager know(I thought she was the manager).
